We are reading and enjoying our class novel WarHorse. The book is based on the realities and tragedies of WW1. We think the book is sombre yet exciting and we look forward to finding out what happens in the end.

For the first time ever, Parteen N.S. are participating in the Junior Entrepreneurship Programme. We split into groups and came up with our own business ideas. We presented our ideas to 3 Dragons and our chosen idea was Rapid T-Shirts. We will be marketing and selling our customised T-Shirts.
Rapid T-Shirts will be launching soon!

We had an interesting class visit from Sr. Rose Miriam who originally came from America and is now working in Limerick City. She told us about her life as a nun and about her rosary beads and habit that she wears. Her visit was informative and insightful.

We recently attended gaelic football blitzes in Tulla and Meelick.
We are playing a hockey blitz on the 28th of March against Scoil Íde and The Modh Scoil.
Thank you to our teachers for training the teams and organising the matches. We enjoy representing our school and being active.

We prepared a class debate. The motion of the debate was ‘Television is a waste of time’. We divided the class and it made for an interesting debate.
